STW project: Experts propose solutions to improve management of captive tigers in Vietnam
GLX During the two days of 21 - 22 September 2023, in Phu Quoc City (Kien Giang province), more than 60 managers and domestic and international experts on tiger conservation participated in the technical consultation workshop on management plan for tiger breeding facilities in Vietnam.

Mr. Bui Chinh Nghia, Director of the Forest Protection Department - Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, said that the Forest Protection Department has proposed to develop a draft planning framework for captive tiger management.
Mr. Do Quang Tung, Director of the Management Board for Forestry Projects (MBFP - Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development) shared at the event.
