Decree 29/2023/ND-CP on downsizing the payroll
GLX On 3rd June 2023, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed and promulgated Decree No. 29/2023/ND-CP providing for downsizing the payroll, effective from 20th July 2023.
This Decree stipulates the subjects, principles and policies of downsizing and responsibilities for downsizing in agencies, organizations and public non-business units of the Party, State, and socio-political organizations. from central to commune level
The regimes and policies specified in this Decree shall be applied until the end of 31st December 2030.
The following Decrees expire from the effective date of this Decree, including:
- a) Decree No. 108/2014/ND-CP dated 20th November 2014 of the Government on the policy of downsizing the payroll;
- b) Decree No. 113/2018/ND-CP dated 31st August 2018 of the Government amending and supplementing some articles of the Government's Decree No. 108/2014/ND-CP dated November 20, 2014 on downsizing policy;
