Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Nguyen Quoc Tri worked with the the Management Board for Forestry Projects
GLX On January 24, 2024, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Nguyen Quoc Tri met with the Management Board of Forestry Projects to discuss the progress of activities in 2024 and provide guidance on carrying out tasks in the coming period.
After listening to the report and the opinions of the delegates attending the meeting, Deputy Minister Nguyen Quoc Tri acknowledged the contributions of the Board to the overall results of the forestry sector in the past period. Regarding the direction for the future and the suggestions proposed at the meeting, the Deputy Minister instructed that (i) the Board must proactively work with international partners to propose programs/projects suitable for the overall strategy of the entire sector, (ii) organize project implementation in compliance with legal regulations, (iii) from the beginning of the year, the Board should focus on accelerating the progress of project implementation. Any difficulties or obstacles must be reported promptly for resolution (iv) issues existing in completed projects will be worked on with relevant Departments to guide timely resolution (v) focus on improving the competence of staff in the Board to meet the upcoming requirements.
