"Improving management and operation of forest resource monitoring system with mobile application" traning course

Mr. Nguyen Danh Thanh Hai - Deputy Head of Forest Protection and Management Division of Forest Protection Department
presents the new points in forest resource monitoring according to Circular 33/2018 / TT-BNNPTNT.
Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh - GIS expert instructs the participants on the operating mechanism of the forest monitoring system.
Mr. Hayashi Haruyoshi - SNRM Project Consultant gives a presentation on data control and synchronization mechanism in FRMS.
Mr. Cao Xuan Y - Officer of Information and Data Division of VNFOREST
introduces procedures and data processing techniques from the applications for automatic detection of forest changes,
common errors while updating and synchronizing data material, measures.
Participants practice measurement techniques and field data report using the Mobile Application
Mr. Baku Takahashi - Deputy Chief Advisor of the SNRM Project delivers the closing remarks.
