GLX This was assessed by the Director of MBFP – the National Director of FLITCH project – Mr.Vu Xuan Thon at the meeting aiming to review the project progress in 2013 and develop the work plan for 2014 held in Ha Noi for 3 days from 10th to 12th January 2014.
